DU Publishes Admit Cards for Two Units Admission Tests

The University of Dhaka is set to begin its admission tests for the 2025–26 academic year this Friday, 28 November, despite an ongoing 15-day closure following a recent earthquake.

According to a notice on the university’s admission website, the admission test for the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) undergraduate programme will be held on Friday, 28 November. The following day, Saturday, 29 November, the admission test for the Fine Arts (Charukala) Unit — covering both general knowledge and drawing — will take place.

The university has already published admit cards for both examinations. The notice states that admit cards for the IBA Unit and the Fine Arts (Charukala) Unit are now available on the official admission portal of the University of Dhaka for the 2025–26 undergraduate intake.

In the wake of the earthquake and the resulting emergency situation, the university authorities declared a 15-day closure of all academic activities. However, they have decided to conduct the admission tests for IBA, the Business Studies Unit, and the Fine Arts Unit during this holiday period to keep the admission calendar on track.

Meanwhile, the admission test for the Business Studies Unit is scheduled to be held on 6 December. Further details regarding seat plans and examination guidelines are expected to be communicated through the official admission website of the University of Dhaka.
