A New Feature has Been Added in WhatsApp’s Latest IUpdate.

Silicon Valley tech giant Meta continues to roll out new features across its platforms to enhance user experience. Now, WhatsApp is joining the trend with a brand-new feature — Cover Photos for profiles.

Until now, only WhatsApp Business account users could set a cover photo on their profiles. But soon, regular users will also enjoy this feature.

In the latest Android beta version under development, users will be able to select and set a cover photo directly from their profile settings, making their profiles more attractive and personalized.

Additionally, WhatsApp is introducing new privacy controls for this feature, allowing users to choose who can see their cover photo. Similar to profile picture and status privacy settings, there will be three options:Everyone: Visible to all, even those not in your contacts, My Contacts: Only visible to people saved in your contact list, Nobody: Hidden from everyone.

WhatsApp confirmed that the feature is currently in the development phase and is expected to roll out in beta versions within the coming weeks.
